Whitetails Farm offers two private event experiences designed to give guests full access to our peaceful farm setting, rustic barn, and outdoor gathering spaces. 

Whether you’re hosting a large weekend event or planning an intimate weekday gathering, each package provides exceptional value through exclusive access and bundled amenities.

Weekend Farm Event Rental

Friday, Saturday, or Sunday
Full‑day private rental – $550
Capacity: up to 100 guests

Our Weekend Farm Event Rental provides full access to the barn and property for the entire day. This package is ideal for birthdays, showers, reunions, engagement parties, and other larger gatherings where guests want the entire farm to themselves.

This package includes everything needed for a full‑day event:

• 20’ x 30’ barn
• Full property access for the day
• Six 5‑foot picnic tables with white umbrellas
• Barn serving area with two 8‑foot rustic barn‑style tables
• Access to portajohns and a handwashing station
• Guests enjoy complete privacy and exclusive use of the farm throughout their rental.

Weekday Private Farm Date‑Night Rental

Monday–Thursday
Private reservation – $250 

Capacity: up to 25 guests

This weekday package is designed for intimate gatherings, proposals, anniversaries, and small celebrations. Guests enjoy a quiet, private farm experience with access to the barn and event area.

*Upgrades must be requested at the time of booking and are subject to availability.

Weddings & Large Events

Whitetails Farm can accommodate weddings and large‑scale events of up to 3,000 visitors.
For pricing, logistics, and availability, please inquire for a quote. 

Deposit & Payment

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date.  The remaining balance is due prior to the event.

Booking Information

To reserve your event date, submit a request through our online form. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation.  Reservation is not secured until the deposit is received.
